If you are not happy with any part of our Counselling Service or have any suggestions on ways in which we could improve, then we would like to hear from you.

We will make every effort to ensure that your time with us is safe and respectful. If you feel that this is not the case, then you can do something about it by following these guidelines:

Or you may choose to call, text or e-mail us with your feedback (there is also the option of asking another person to contact us on your behalf).
