3 Ways to Get in Touch

In School

Primary & Secondary

We have a counsellor based in each school across RCT.  If you want to ask about counselling, you can ask your head of year or your counsellor directly.

In the Community

We have places we offer counselling right across RCT. We'll make sure to offer you somewhere close to home, that's a safe and confidential environment.

Online

We know that sometimes it is much easier to chat online and so we have a well established online counselling service too. It works pretty much like Skype, FaceTime or Zoom.

Feeling Nervous About Counselling?

All of our counsellors are friendly, approachable and very experienced at working with young people. They will help you talk about your issues and create a safe space for you to explore what is going on for you, and at a pace that is comfortable for you.

In School

For Primary Schools

We have counselling available for everyone in year 6.

For Secondary Schools

To make it easier for you to attend school counselling, we have a counsellor based at each school across RCT.

There are a number of ways you can enquire, either by speaking to your Head of Year; your school’s designated Link Worker or directly to the counsellor based at your school. If you need to know who your school’s Link Worker or Counsellor is, then we have an up-to-date list for each school. Either call our head office on 01443 202940 or e-mail us info@eyetoeye.wales.

If you find it difficult to take the first step to enquire yourself, there is always the option of asking a family member, carer, friend or other professional.

Once you have been referred to school counselling, you will be placed on a waiting list until an appointment becomes available.

In School

Online

Signing up for online counselling is very simple. You just get in touch with us and we'll send you some basic information that tells you everything you need to know.

Our Online Counsellors use a free app called Zoom because it is very safe and secure. Zoom works very much like Skype and Face time. It might be a good idea for you to download the app beforehand so you can get used to how it works?

Once an appointment has been made with your Online Counsellor, you just simply log in to Zoom a few minutes before your appointment time and await an invitation to join either text or video chat.
